EnfiTV Producer Platform – Trailer Submission Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• You must be the legal rights holder or authorized representative of the content submitted.
• All trailers must represent original work or licensed content intended for distribution via EnfiTV.

2. Trailer Submission Guidelines

Trailers must be submitted in HD format (minimum 1080p) with clear audio and visuals.

Each trailer must include:

1. Title of the content
2. Duration of full content
3. Genre and language
4. Age rating (if applicable)
5. Contact details for licensing follow-up

2A. Content Exclusivity Requirement

To be eligible for trailer submission, the full movie or series must not be publicly available on any of the following platforms:

1. YouTube (paid or free)
2. Any free-to-air television platforms
3. Any other free-access digital platform (e.g., Vimeo, Facebook Watch)

This exclusivity is essential to maintain the value and integrity of content distributed on EnfiTV.

EnfiTV reserves the right to reject any submission that violates this exclusivity condition or compromises platform standards.

3. Content Standards

Trailers must not contain:

1. Hate speech, explicit violence, or illegal content
2. Misleading or false claims
3. Unlicensed music, footage, or third-party assets

EnfiTV reserves the right to reject trailers that do not meet platform standards.

4. Rights & Usage

• Submission of a trailer does not guarantee acquisition or licensing.
• By submitting, you grant EnfiTV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
  1. Review and evaluate the trailer internally
  2. Use the trailer for promotional purposes only if a licensing agreement is signed
• You retain full ownership of your content unless a separate licensing agreement is executed.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All submissions are treated as confidential until publicly released by mutual agreement.
• EnfiTV will not share, publish, or distribute your trailer without written consent or signed licensing terms.

6. Platform Conduct

• Producers must not submit spam, duplicate entries, or unauthorized content.
• Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent removal.

7. No Obligation to Acquire

• EnfiTV is under no obligation to acquire or license submitted content.
• Decisions are based on editorial fit, audience relevance, and platform strategy.

8. Limitation of Liability

• EnfiTV is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from trailer submission, including delays or technical issues.
• Producers are responsible for ensuring their content is properly formatted and legally compliant.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
